Web Ordering

The unique feature is its successful DPHS model in simple terms referred as WEB ORDERING. By Web Ordering we mean

Branch can login to our website using their password. Branch can directly place their requirements on receipt books. Branch can view the indent status i.e., to know whether the indent has been approved by the Head office. There is also an option wherein the Head office can place indent on behalf of the Branch. Whenever an indent is placed a mail gets generated automatically and is sent to the Head office for approval. As soon as the requirement placed by the branch is approved, a mail gets generated automatically and is sent to Prakash Prints. The uniqueness of this software is such that the communication between the branch and the head office will not be displayed to Prakash Prints. Only the approved indent will be displayed.

The approved indent will be dispatched and the details of despatch will be updated. A mail gets generated automatically with the despatch details and will be sent to the head office. The despatch status can also be viewed by the branch.

Consumption report can be generated according to branch wise and product wise along with the time frame as required by the client.
